Fast Efficient Delivery by UPS
We have chosen UPS as our preferred carrier. Delivery by UPS to an address in Belgium is usually the next working day. International deliveries take a little longer, typically 1-3 working days for most European destinations. Up to date information about your delivery is available via UPS internet tracking service or online on our site. Go to www.ups.be to see exactly where your order is!

Delivery address
If you are unable to be at home for the delivery we will be happy to arrange delivery of your order to a friend or neighbour or even at your place of work. Please provide us with the both addresses when placing your order. If there is nobody home when your order arrives, either you will receive a card from the post, enabling you to collect your order from the nearest post office, or, in the case of a delivery by UPS, you will be deliverd the next day till 3 times. (Breaklight contact you when the second delivery attempt is made)
Did your order arrive damaged?
All shipments are fully insured and damaged items will be replaced quickly. If the parcel is obviously damaged on delivery you have the right to refuse it. If you decide to accept a damaged delivery, be sure to check the parcel carefully and note the damage on the UPS delivery note, before contacting our customer service department.
